Homunculus by William H. Coles

I'm eager to know your reactions to this work. This is the thinking behind this collaborative effort bewtween author and artist. The short story "Homunculus" has been well received by tens of thousands of readers. It's a love-triangle story set in 1870's. A circus dwarf preforms on the midway, accompanied by her dwarf instrumentalist who loves her and wants to take her away to better times. But she is in love with the Hungarian trapeze artist and she tries everything to attract him. It's a strong story with unique characters.
